From the editor
A new documentary following five Black men on a fishing expedition into the Arctic Circle premieres this Saturday, Aug. 26, in Portland. “Blackwaters: Brotherhood in the Wild” chronicles their journey, confronting climate change and what it means to Black outdoorsmen. You can also fly-fish with the cast and crew on Sunday, Aug. 27, at Wilder Lake near Dundee. I grew up fly-fishing and would attend if I didn’t already have plans that take me out of the area this weekend — please go and report back.
