The Oregon Zoo will be merry and bright once again this holiday season. ZooLights returns starting Wednesday, Nov. 23, illuminating the zoo in Washington Park with over 1.5 million multicolored lights.

You can walk through the sparkling show on foot, or stay in your warm car on specific drive-thru nights. Hot cocoa, popcorn, cotton candy, and of course elephant ears will be available to buy on-site. 🚙

The zoo will also host its popular ZooLights experience for those 21 and olderBrewLights — on Friday, Nov. 18 and Saturday, Nov. 19 with 45+ local beer vendors.

Timed-entry tickets are available online. ZooLights runs through Thursday, Jan. 5.
THE WRAP

Today’s issue was written by Cambrie.

Editor’s pick: Taking advantage of nice weather whenever I can is a favorite hobby of mine — and Metro is offering free parking at its regional parks on three separate days this month (Friday, Nov. 11, Thursday, Nov. 17, and Friday, Nov. 25). Free parking days are sprinkled throughout the year and are a great excuse to spend time in nature.
