Tendue , The Ford Building, 2505 SE 11th Ave., Ste. 255

• Rate: Weekdays are $75/hour or $900/day; weekends are $85/hour or $1,020/day

• Key features: The warehouse that houses this Parisian-inspired space is over 100 years old and is softly illuminated with plenty of natural light. Rentals include tables and seating.

Opal 28 , 510 NE 28th Ave.

• Key features: The rental fee includes various table sizes, chairs, serving and tableware, glassware, one OLCC bartender, and surround sound for headphone jack-connected music.

The Keepspace , 1412 SE Morrison St.

• Rate: $720-$1,200
• Accommodates 28 seated, 50 standing
• Key features: This ground-level private venue features optional in-house catering and bar service, outdoor lounge, fire pit, and Bluetooth surround sound. Starting Feb. 5, 2024, it will open to the public for small bites and cocktails, Monday-Thursday, 5-10 p.m.

Blockhouse , Pomarius Nursery, 1988 NW 18th Ave.

• Key features: This intimate and lush space includes chairs, custom wood tables, a bar, bistro lighting, and outdoor lounge furniture. Increase the capacity to 120 (and step into a botanical fairy tale) by renting the Pomarius Nursery Orangerie.

Silcox Hut , 27500 Timberline Hwy., Government Camp

• Accommodates 40 seated
• Key features: Located a mile above Timberline Lodge (at 7,000 ft), this rustic space comes with a stone fireplace and alpine vibes. With this venue’s wedding package, catering, beer + wine, table linens, and a wedding cake are all provided.

• Key features: There are four outdoor spaces to choose from — the iconic Stevens Pavilion, the small-but-stunning Redwood Deck, the spacious and partially shaded Wedding Meadow, and the quiet, forested Stone Circle.

Coopers Hall , 404 SE Sixth Ave. + 2218 NE Broadway

• Accommodates 150 for ceremonies, 180 for seated receptions, or 225 for standing receptions | Coopers Hall Northeast accommodates 72 seated, 100 standing

• Key features: Choose between the former auto body shop with two-story-high ceilings (and two different event spaces) or the smaller reception space in the Sullivan’s Gulch neighborhood — both come with tables, chairs, and table settings.

Horning’s Hideout , 21277 NW Brunswick Canyon Rd., North Plains

• Key features: Three special outdoor venues provide the perfect settings for a dream Oregon wedding, complete with optional on-site camping for up to 80 people. Renters have their chosen space from 11 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. the following day.

• Key features: This large site offers multiple venues, including a chapel with a special bell from the 1800s and beautiful outdoor garden spaces. Wedding party suites, catering, parking, restrooms, and seating are available.

• Key features: What’s not to love about vaulted ceilings, a chandelier, “floating” dance floors, floor-to-ceiling windows, and a second-story balcony? There’s also a second, smaller room with its own bar.
