Did you know that laughing actually burns calories? If you find yourself a tad overstuffed after all the Thanksgiving feasting — but could still use a good belly chuckle — you should check out the Ha Ha Harvest Comedy Festival, returning to Portland for its fifth year.
Besides being a great excuse to get away from the relatives for an hour or two, you can expect to see 100+ comedians, 40 short comedy films, variety and stand-up shows, drag performances, games, podcast recordings, tarot readings, and more across 11 venues.
Tickets to shows range from free to $25 and there are limited three-day passes remaining. Various proceeds will go to the Oregon Food Bank. Here are some highlights to gobble up.

Venues range in size from Kelly’s Olympian to My Father’s Place.
