Every Christmas, local favorite Leroy Barber dons his jovial persona, Black Santa, to take holiday pictures with kids + their families across Portland and the PNW. Continuing a tradition started in 2020, he poses from inside a COVID-safe snow globe. He makes a list (and checks it twice), offering many opportunities for photo sessions throughout the season, which are free with donations encouraged.
