As if we needed a holiday to sip on these tasty cocktails.

Here are some of our picks in Portland.

All day long you can enjoy $7 margaritas in a variety of flavors, from classic to strawberry, prickly pear, mango, and passionfruit.

Look for a break in the rain and head to The Hoxton’s rooftop bar/restaurant — if it’s chilly, the spicy margarita (with Ancho Reyes chili liqueur) will warm you up. The PNW margarita is also a tasty marionberry version.
