Portland weather may be unpredictable for much of the year, but that doesn’t mean we can’t enjoy fresh-air dining. There are dozens of eateries around town with heated and covered outdoor patios to keep the open-air vibe alive — come rain, sleet, snow, or hail.

North Portland
