Has anyone checked on Puddles? After a record-breaking rout (see above), the Ducks will travel to Lubbock, TX, to take on the Texas Tech Red Raiders, a tough non-conference opponent led by a familiar face in former Oregon QB Tyler Shough.
OSU:
Clemson transfer QB DJ Uiagalelei shined in the season opening 42-17 win at San Jose State. Can the No. 16-ranked Beavers keep the momentum going on their “Pac-2 revenge tour” and pack the newly renovated Reser Stadium? *Chainsaws rev in the distance.*
In 2022, the Beavers finished 10-3 with a win in the Las Vegas Bowl. Can they reach greater heights?

Pre-game plans:
- It remains to be seen if Portland State’s head coach will again invite fans out to Hillsboro Stadium and pay their beer tab. Regardless, making a trip out of the city for an afternoon of tailgating is always fun.
- Head over the Willamette River and through the woods for an obligatory photo in front of Autzen Stadium, but don’t stay in the Moshofsky Center too long. Lines can get pretty long.
