Some of the best disc golfers in the country will compete at the 2023 Beaver State Fling this week.

Estacada’s Milo McIver State Park will host the sixth edition of the tournament, Friday, May 19-Sunday, May 21. Garrett Gurthie is the reigning champ of the MPO Division, winning the 2022 competition with a final score of -24; Valerie Mandujano holds the FPO Division title with a score of -11.

The tournament is a “Silver Event” under the Disc Golf Pro Tour (DGPT) umbrella. Players can net 50% of the points they’d earn at an Elite Event tournament with their three finishes counting toward their DGPT points total.

Check out the Beaver State Fling course map, rules, and more. Want to play a round (or two) at Milo McIver? The park has two public courses: east and west.

Tickets are available to watch the tournament in person, or you can stream it online in real-time via the Disc Golf Network.
