Jubelale was the first beer bottled by Deschutes and has been made every year since 1988 . Although the recipe hasn’t changed much, the brewery has annually partnered with PNW artists to create a fresh label since the early 1990s.

As one of the earliest products of Cascade Brewing, this fan-favorite certainly warms the soul. Served hot on draft at the Barrel House, this sour beer is crafted with Oregon-grown Bing and Montmorency cherries — ideal for those particularly chilly days. Plus, if apple cider is too sugary for you, this is a great alternative.

When local businesses collaborate, we all win. In this case, employee-owned Breakside Brewery teamed up with Salt & Straw Ice Cream to create a full-bodied sweet + salty beer with a smooth, roasted finish. When this beverage is in hand, there’s no need for dessert (okay, maybe there’s still room).
